Slow Down Club is an experiment and a work in progress, as all the best things are. Founded by myself and my partner – we identified a troubling shared, ingrained need to always feel ‘productive’. So we created Slow Down Club to counter this narrative for ourselves and others.
It’s about sharing tools, resources and reminders to slow down. It’s about questioning how we see the world and our place within it.
